Register your return online via the steps below and return at a reduced rate.
How do I return my order?
1. REGISTER
Register your return within 30 days of receipt via: https://10days.returnista.com/
To log into the returns portal, please use your email address and the order number mentioned in your confirmation email.
Select the items you want to return and choose the desired return method. You will then automatically receive a return label.
2. PACK
3. SEND
Bring your package to a post office within 3 working days after registering.
4. REFUND
As soon as our warehouse has received your return, you will get the return payment or an adjusted Klarna invoice. The refund will happen within 14 days.

Before returning your items, please note the following:
In case of a wrongly delivered item or defect, we will bear these return costs. If this is the case, please contact our customer service via online@10dayslifestyle.com.
We think it is important that you are aware of your orders and try to avoid returns. For this reason, 10DAYS does not offer free returns and you are responsible for the return costs of your package. An overview of the return costs can be found at the bottom of this page.
As soon as we receive your return, we will refund your purchase amount via the same payment method that you used for the initial order. The refund will happen within 14 days.
No right of withdrawal applies to the 10DAYS E-Gift Card, this cannot be returned. The 10DAYS perfumes are only eligible for return if they are still sealed. Opened packages will be not refunded.
Please place two separate orders: 1 order containing the E-Gift Card and 1 order containing your other item(s).
