Returns
We believe a purchase is only successful when you are fully satisfied! That’s why, at 10DAYS, you may always return your purchase within 30 days. Here’s how it works:
- Item(s) must be unworn, unused, and undamaged
- Item(s) must have original tags and labels attached
- Item(s) must be in original packaging
Register your return online via the steps below and return at a reduced rate. Please note: without an online return registration we cannot process your return.
In case of a wrongly delivered item or defect, we will bear these return costs. If this is the case, please contact our customer service via online@10dayslifestyle.com.
We think it is important that you are aware of your orders and try to avoid returns. For this reason, 10DAYS does not offer free returns and you are responsible for the return costs of your package. An overview of the return costs can be found at the bottom of this page.
As soon as we receive your return, we will refund your purchase amount via the same payment method that you used for the initial order. The refund will happen within 14 days.
No right of withdrawal applies to the 10DAYS E-Gift Card, this cannot be returned. The 10DAYS perfumes are only eligible for return if they are still sealed. Opened packages will be not refunded.

How do I return my order within the EU?

1. REGISTER
Register your return within 30 days of receipt via: https://10days-com.returnista.com/
Select the items you want to return and choose the desired return method. You will then automatically receive a return label.
2. PACK
- Pack your items together with the packing slip(s) and the completed return form.
- Don't forget to remove or cover the old shipping label.
3. SEND
Bring your package to a post office within 3 working days after registering.
4. REFUND
As soon as our warehouse has received your return, you will get the return payment or an adjusted Klarna invoice. The refund will happen within 14 days.

How do I return my order from outside the EU?
Returning orders outside the EU for orders over €150
For returns outside the EU, we collaborate with our partner Onlinetaxfree.com. To initiate a return, please contact Onlinetaxfree.com at customerservice@onlinetaxfree.com. Onlinetaxfree.com will send you the return label. Follow these steps:
- Print the return label you received from Onlinetaxfree.com and attach it to the package.
- Print the commercial invoices you received from Onlinetaxfree.com in your mailbox.
- Include one copy of the commercial invoice in your package.
- Paste the second copy of the commercial invoice on your package. Include one copy of the commercial invoice in your package with the packing slip.
- Paste the second copy of the commercial invoice on your package next to your shipping label.
- Take your package to a UPS location.

Refund Policy for Non-EU Countries with Orders Over €150
Onlinetaxfree.com handles the tax refund process for 10DAYS. If you return or refuse your order within 30 days, you will not be eligible for a tax refund.
10DAYS will refund the order amount minus the cost of the return label and minus the cost of re-importation.
Non-EU customers can reclaim VAT by contacting: customerservice@onlinetaxfree.com.
