Payment methods acceptedThis page tells you what personal data we collect and for what purposes this information is collected. We aim to be as transparent as possible in this respect. This privacy policy applies to the online shop, head office and the 10DAYS concept stores.
10DAYS believes in close relationships with all partners, staff and clients, where trust and privacy come first. So we ensure that any personal information you share with us, and any information we collect about you in order to process your order smoothly, is treated confidentially. This information is processed solely to provide the most efficient and enjoyable service possible.
We collect data which helps us provide you with the best service possible. The data will be used strictly for the purposes stated on this page. If we wish to use the data for other purposes, we will seek your explicit consent.
Based on your consent, we process your data from the point where:
This includes your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and billing address (if different from the delivery address). Your email address is used to send you an order confirmation and to communicate about your order (such as delivery updates and, if applicable, a satisfaction follow-up). Your phone number will only be used to contact you if there are any issues related to your order. All of the above data is shared with the 10DAYS distribution center and the external delivery service. This information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and will only be used to ensure the proper delivery of your order. Data is not retained longer than necessary for the purpose for which it is processed.
This includes your contact details, such as name, business email and phone number.
Based on your consent, we process your data from the point where:
This includes your name, email address, home address, phone number and date of birth. If you give consent for personalization, we may also use your purchase history, click behavior, and interaction with previous emails to assign you to target groups (profiling), so the messages you receive better match your preferences. Data is stored no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was processed. You can withdraw your consent at any time. For data processed via cookies, please refer to our cookie banner. Regarding the data processed when you apply for a job, see the 'job applicants' section
We process your data based on legitimate interest when you:
When you apply for a vacancy at 10DAYS, we will store your name, email address, phone number, CV, photo and covering letter. This information will be stored for no more than 4 weeks after the application process closes, unless agreed otherwise. If it is agreed with the applicant that the data may be stored for longer, this will be for 1 year.
Because we also want to know what are the most relevant future collections to show you, 10DAYS collects data relating to order history and shopping behaviour which we use to optimise our marketing and service.
If you have added products to your wish list, or if products remain in your shopping basket, we can email you about this. To enable this, 10DAYS collects information about which items you have saved, or which products still remain in your shopping basket.
Data collected is not shared with third parties except where necessary to provide the service, such as with a third-party delivery company in order to deliver your order or offering payment methods through Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
At checkout, we may share your personal information, including contact and order details, with the PSP so they can assess your eligibility for their payment methods and tailor them to you. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the PSP's own privacy policy. Learn more:
When using payment methods such as iDeal, Apple Pay, Visa, and Bancontact, a window will open allowing you to log in directly with the provider. We do not transmit any data.
Your information may also be shared with processors who may process your data on our behalf, for instance for marketing purposes, the chosen payment method or IT services. We enter into a processing agreement with those parties to ensure your data is processed securely.
At 10DAYS, all necessary measures are in place to keep your data secure. We use a secure server to store your data. Information we collect regarding the use of the 10DAYS website is used for future improvements and developments.
As a customer, you have the following rights. You can:

To make the above requests, you can update your details in your account yourself or else contact privacy@10dayslifestyle.nl. We may ask you to identify yourself, for example by answering a verification question.
1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit our website. They store information about your visit to ensure the website functions properly and to improve your experience.
In addition to cookies, we also use similar technologies, such as pixels (also known as tracking pixels or beacons). These are small, invisible images or pieces of code that collect data about how you use our website — for example, which pages you view or which links you click.
We use both first-party cookies and cookies and pixels from third parties.
• First-party cookies are set by us and help ensure our website works properly and remembers your preferences.
• Third-party cookies and pixels are placed by external parties, such as advertising and analytics partners. These may be used to show personalised ads, track statistics, or measure campaign performance.
• These technologies enable us and our partners to provide you with more relevant content and advertisements, both on our website and beyond.
2. What types of cookies do we use?
We follow the same categories as listed in our cookie banner:
Necessary
These cookies are essential for the proper functioning of the website and cannot be disabled in our systems. They are usually set in response to actions taken by you, such as logging in or filling out forms.
Preferences
These cookies remember choices you make (such as language settings or location) to personalise your experience.
Statistics
These cookies help us understand how visitors use our website by collecting and reporting data anonymously. For example, they give insight into which pages are popular and how users navigate through the site.
Marketing
These cookies are used to track visitors across websites. The goal is to display ads that are relevant and engaging for the individual user and thus more valuable for publishers and third-party advertisers. This also includes social media cookies, if enabled.
3. Purpose per category
Necessary: Ensure technical functionality, security, and basic features such as login and cart management.
Preferences: Remember settings and preferences for a more personalised experience.
Statistics: Gain insights into site usage and measure performance.
Marketing: Display relevant ads, enable re-marketing, and measure advertising effectiveness.
4. Which cookies are set?
The full and up-to-date list of cookies — including name, purpose, provider and storage period — can be found in our cookie settings. These can be accessed via the cookie banner, which can be reopened at any time via the button in the bottom left corner of your screen. Since this list may change, we always refer to the cookie banner for the complete and latest version.

5. Third parties placing cookies
Some cookies are placed by third parties via our website — with your permission — such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok and Klaviyo. These parties may use the collected data for their own purposes, such as profiling and advertising outside of our website. The number and type of third parties may vary depending on which functionalities are active on our website.
6. Consent and changing your preferences
Non-essential cookies are only set after you have given consent via our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time here. Alternatively, you can manually delete cookies via your browser settings.
7. Storage period
The storage period of cookies varies depending on the cookie — from session cookies (which are deleted when you close your browser) to persistent cookies (lasting from a few days up to a maximum of 2 years). The specific storage period for each cookie can be found in the cookie banner, which can be reopened at any time via the button in the bottom left corner of your screen.
8. Processing of personal data
Some cookies process personal data, such as a unique identification code that can be linked to you as a person.
