Return

Before we ship your order we will check the articles for damage and incompleteness. Your order will only be send when they are 100% allright.

It is possible that a product does not meet your expectations or that the size is not right. Therefore you have the right to exchange or return an item within 14 days after delivery. This is possible through our return address.

The cost of a full return will be at your own expense. In the event of a defect or wrong item shipped, we will return the cost to our account. If this is the case, please first contact our customer service via online@10days.nl.

All returns must comply with the following points:

  1. A completed return form must be included, you will receive this with your order
  2. The product is complete, unused, worn or damaged
  3. The original tags and labels are attached to the article
  4. The items must be in the original packaging

As soon as we receive your return we will assess and process it. The costs for the relevant items will be refunded to your bank account or credit card within 14 days.
